Staying here is simply amazing! The location of this hotel is unbeatable as it is directly across the river from the main attractions of the city. The staff here are incredibly friendly, especially Hoa, who made our stay so much more pleasurable. We were treated to excellent customer service from the male receptionist and the waiter at the poolside snack bar. The room service and housekeeping are top-notch, and the amenities available in the room such as the fridge and flat-screen TV are fantastic. The rooftop pool is a particular highlight with sun loungers to relax on and a lovely view of the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The executive suite upgrade was a lovely surprise after a long day of traveling. The hotel had excellent decoration and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had amazing views of the river, great live music, and comfortable sofas for relaxing by the poolside. The hotel's location was close to all major attractions and landmarks like Ben Thanh Market. The concierge on the main entrance was very helpful and made us feel welcome when we arrived.

Despite being close to the city center, the hotel manages to maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are modern and offer breathtaking views of the river, creating a serene ambiance. The attentive service provided by the staff ensures a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of international and Asian cuisine, catering to diverse tastes.
The initial check-in process could be improved to ensure a smoother arrival experience for guests.

Great view of the river and developing area from the room on the 23rd floor. The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful. The staff is friendly.
